Door panel: 80 mm thick for chill rooms (KSM) , and 120 mm for freezer rooms (GSM). Door panels are CFC-free PU foam filled built-in thermal breaks, exchangeable gaskets and adjustable bottom gasket.
Frame: The frame profile is manufactured to match the door leaf finish. A plastic thermal break is provided within the frame construction as well as a similar thermal break for the door panel. When produced for a freezer room, a heater is fitted behind this plastic profile in the frame, which can be easily replaced. (In the price table a frame for fixing in brickwork is calculated.)
Clamping frame: A three-part construction, in 1.5 mm stainless steel, or white painted galvanised 1.5 mm steel sheet to match door finish. The reinforced frame profile is insulated to ensure a stable fixing within the prepared opening. (Additional Price)
Track Arrangement: The support track is manufactured from a circular profiled stainless steel section, open at the bottom. Within the track is a running section, which together with the bottom track section within the base of the door panel, ensures more than adequate sealing of the panel against the frame when in the closed position.
The door is opened from the outside by a heavy duty hand operated lever with a countersunk handle fitted on the inside.
As an option, a locking handle can be provided, with an emergency release handle on the inside. Doors weighing over 125 kgs or freezer doors are fitted with a cast lever as standard.
