Item Code: Features:AS series 2-stage semi-hermetic refrigeration compressor is designed based on AR, AV, AW and AZ series compressors, and adopting 2-stage compressing technology and the interstage cooler. Its motor nominal power is 7.5HP-40HP, and the copressoring discharge pressure at I/II stage respectively are: 27/13.5、33/16.5、40/20、51/35、71/35.5、86/43、103/51.5、128/42.5、153/51 . The series has the characteristics of low load power, low discharge temperature, high efficient of cubage ect. , which greatly improves the compressors operating in the condition of low evaporating temperature. The series compressors use refrigerant 22, and they are capable of operating stably and chronically in the evaporating temperature of -50 centigrade . They may widly apply to air conditon, heat pump, and other industrial refrigerating system.

The safe releasing pressure valve is installed between high and low pressure cavity; and the PTC temperature sensor is directly inserted into the discharge cavity of cylinder; the motor protecter is adopted the one of KRIWAN company from Germany, which has delay circuit controlling the compressor to start five minuters later after the stop of compressor, which efficiently protect compressor from failure. The series compressor can be installed with device adjusing energy, making it reach the max efficiency under the condition part loaded or fully loaded. AW series compressors are the extension products of AC series compressors developed on the base of technology imported from Hitachi, Japan and Arctic Circle, UK. The nominal power of the series compressor is from 25 HP to 50 HP; Discharge volume with 3 specifications: 106 m3/h; 129 m3/h; 154 m3/h. The series compressors have 6 specifications with evaporating temperature of 12.5℃ to -20℃ or –5℃ to –40℃. The series compressors can work stably with both HFC and R22.
